to project management with the primary purpose of providing value engineering services across various disciplines. We are a diverse and dedicated team where everyone contributes and makes a difference for our company and our clients.
As a multi-disciplined consulting firm providing services in Civil Engineering & Land Surveying, Structural Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Consulting, Forensic Engineering, Engineering Geology & Hydrogeology, and Construction Inspection & Material Testing, we offer challenging positions as well as many opportunities for career growth.

MELAINA DIBUDUO
Melaina DiBuduo is the Human Resources Department Manager at SALEM Engineering Group, Inc. with over 17 years of human resources and management experience. She is a graduate of California State University, Fresno (CSUF) with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and an option in Organizational Behavior. Her broad experience includes benefits, employee relations, payroll, workers compensation, recruiting, and management. Ms. DiBuduo is extremely passionate about helping SALEM Engineering Group, Inc. with their most valuable resources, their employees.
