Ms. Arcadia Williams has been a part of SALEM Engineering Group, Inc. since 2008 and has over 10 years’ experience in the real estate and engineering construction industry. Her areas of experience include a broad range of retail, residential, commercial and industrial projects for private sector and government at the city and state levels. Shortly after joining Salem Engineering Group, Inc., she was promoted to the Construction Inspection & Material Testing Project Manager for our Southern California office, managing and directing the field operations for construction projects in the Southern California region. Ms. Williams is also responsible for bidding and contract administration; business development; staffing; and implementation of new management procedures for the local office. Her strength lies in her ability to oversee the field staff while interfacing with key members in the project design/construction team including the client, developer, structural engineer, general contractor and building officials and is committed to ensuring a successful project completion.

Ms. Williams graduated from California State University San Francisco (CSUSF) in 2007, obtained her American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete and International Code Council (ICC) Soils Certificates in 2011 and 2014, respectively. She is also a Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Storm Water Inspector (CESSWI) and a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP).
